I bought a set from Amazon and started using it this week. I gotta say - wow. Seriously I'm already seeing a difference. Actually my hair was fuller from the very first time I used it. But it has gotten better and better all week. I bought the #3 (normal to thinning/chemically treated.) The scalp stuff scared me at first - it did make the nape of my neck and scalp in that area - and behind my ears - very red. But it faded quickly. But I think what has made a big difference too is the "thickening spray." It's a thickening styling spray. I just sprayed it all over before blow drying. Does anyone know if the thickening spray gel is the same product? I'm going to order some of that too. For the first time in about 6 months I'm feeling a lot better about my hair. Just wanted to share.

(ps I've used the Biotin shampoo from Vitacost but I found it to really dry my hair out after using it for about a year . And the Nioxin leaves my hair very soft and shiny - and clean yet not dry whatsoever.)
