New orders

Has anyone else placed an order (yesterday) and it is not showing up in their recent orders? There is a notation on that page that there is a delay, but yesterday’s order is not on there at all. Payment was deducted and I did receive an email confirmation though.

I placed an order, it is not posted, did not receive an e mail and has not been charged to me. I think they have to much on their plate

 I placed an order on July 15 and still not showing up in my account. Also I placed an order on July 6 on free shipping day and was to receive it on July 12. It did not ship until July 12 and I still don't have it. I know that the Q is working on improving on shipping so hope that we do see a change.
