New Toty Foundation?

So I ordered the TS foundation and today I get the case ONLY???? I called HSN CS and they are sending replacement. Rep hoped is was just a fluke and didn't happen to a lot of us . So a trip to the USPS for me LOL

The product is sold as two separate parts. One is the empty compact and the other is the foundation. You buy the foundation refills as you use them and they fit inside the compact which you buy only once.

 

If you bought the recent TS, that came with both.

I received my TS and the compact & refill were in two separate packages in one envelope.

Have you tried it yet? If so, how did you like or not like it?I went to see the reviews on HSN and the reviews were either really great or really bad, no in between. Curious as to how you found it.
