New Smashbox Powder Prices

Why are they different? I know the Q sometimes reduces prices but usually cosmetic lines are the same everywhere. It's $22 on the Q and it doesn't list $22 as the Q discounted price either. It's $28 at Nordstrom and $32 at Sephora. All are for a 0.17 oz size. I use MUFE HD and pay $30 for twice that size. MUFE 0.17 is only $15. Smashbox used to have a HD powder in a retractable brush for $38 and I only see that at Nordstrom. I don't think it did well. I think this new Pro Set is the same formula in a jar and yet I still want to try it because I'm really using mostly SB lately. I just read in the Insider that Makeup Forever will be on March 3rd at 1:00 am EST. Another steal from HSN. They used to have great kits over there. Has anyone tried the SB HD Powder in the retractable brush?
