New RMS Beauty Eyelights Shade

Received an email this morning that there is a new eyelights shade. It's called "Luster." Was in the holiday package last year, which I didn't get so don't remember it. Apparently, they received numerous requests to bring it back so they did. It's a very pretty light pink shade. @JeanLouiseFinch this new shade somehow jumped right into my cart this morning and I had enough points that my order was free - WAHOOO! Gotta love those points.

I've been wanting to get the Eye Polish brush as that looks like the brush RMS uses to apply the eyelights. I find using a brush with these is much easier than my finger. I have eye brushes but none of them seem to work very well with the eyelights. Unfortunately, this brush seems to always be out of stock or at least it has been for a long time. Will keep checking back and, hopefully, it'll come back in stock before the holidays.

@JudyL - I picked up that kit somewhere (qvc or amazon), so the Luster has been put to use a number of times. It's pretty. I have been using a basic eyeshadow or crease brush with the Eyelights. If I'm in a hurry I've started to use my ring finger, but I agree that a brush is best. The trick is to only do a tiny amount at a time.

I have luster because it was in a kit. It’s really pretty. Glad to see you can buy it individually now.

I just use one of the bk beauty shader brushes to apply. I am going to get the Nikki concealer brush when the thanksgiving sale is on. I think it will apply them nicely too.

@JeanLouiseFinch and @ccassaday - The order with the new-to-me Eyelights shade Luster arrived today and it's beautiful! What a gorgeous shade of pink. Will be trying that out real soon.

I am going to get more shades in the future. I love my ND Palletts but I do

llke just a simple eye look from time to time. These are easy to use and don't crease. I want to order her little set of lip and cheek cream blushes too.
