I cut way back on QVC shopping three years ago, after shopping with them since the beginning in 1986 (as I recall), I became almost a daily shopper. Until QVC gets back to quality, value & convenience, I will certainly think twice before placing future orders. Having to pay the original & return shipping for low quality items, is ridiculous. I am now an Amazon Prime shopper.

I like the lower s/h rate. I don't buy too much and make sure I really would like it before I buy it so it works for me. I stopped buying beauty products unless it is something I already use and know I like it. They were probably getting too many returns. Now they are pushing the slogan ""love it or return it."" They should say at your expense.

FYI---shoes are not apparel, in case you are thinking that the hosts are correct when they tell you to order more than one pair in the same order to save on S and H. Two hosts have done this today.
