Completely agree with you @santorini .  I've had all kinds of auto delivery products end earlier than originally planned.  I'm sure QVC plans out the inventory levels, but has no control over the vendors who may not be able to deliver.  Hence cancellations with have been posted here for many years.

@santorini  - no argument. Just a discussion about processes and facts. 

The manufacturer may have an out clause for future A/D orders in case there is an issue with procurement of ingredients or materials. A/D orders cancelled by Q is related to the manufacturer not being able to provide the item. Q doesn't want to cancel orders but sometimes they have no choice. You're right that Q is not obligated to customers to provide the A/D shipments and they can't ship something that is not available. 

I've had some HSN beauty A/S orders cancelled because the vendor/manufacturer is not able to provide more volume. In some cases it's because of ingredients not available or because packaging has been changed.  HSN didn't have a warehouse of inventory for future A/S orders. They have a schedule with the manufacturer to have A/S orders shipped to them based on the A/S future ship dates.

I just had a bad experience from her website.  The product I ordered is taking forever and a day to get to me.  Also, it is very difficult to get any kind of customer service from her website. I won't be ordering from her directly again.  Guess I can order from Sephora.

I was happy to see some new items being offered. Actually they seem to be in the new packaging. I don't think she is coming  but glad to see they are keeping some of her products.
