Noticed some new Josie items are posted including this set. I'm interested in this set. Looks like the box design they used last year for her last TSV.  I'm going to wait to see if the price is discounted. By the time I ordered the last TSV, the Peppermint Bark had sold out so I bought the Unscented on A/D. There is one more A/D shipment that will ship in the Fall.

Sorry to disappoint. Old stock from last December. If you google you can see the video. This set is on ebay too. Hopefully she will still come back.

@just wonder - I like her products, especially Milk. But I don't think we'll see Josie on air.

She announced this in her show with Sandra last December, saying she wanted to spend more time with her children. Then Sandra said although we would be able to find her products on the QVC website, there would be no on-air presentations.  Smiley Sad

I'm guessing it's old stock.  My last milk bought here was rancid.  Sadly, I put it in my stash for about two months, when I opened it, I knew it smelled rancid.  I should have smelled it originally when I got it.

@mistyada - I called Q CS and asked about the recent additions of 'new' items. CS confirmed these are not old stock, they are replenishments from the manufacturer. Maybe they are cancelled AD orders that Q had a purchase commitment tied to contracts from last year. I still have an active Josie AD with the final shipment in a couple of months. There are Josie items available to purchase at Q that have reviews, old stock. New items recently posted with no reviews are not old stock.

Sounds like the CS person was just giving a positive response.  Before she left, each time there was a presentation of a larger-than-normal size, Josie would stress that there will no longer be large sizes of items in the future.  I doubt she instructed the manufacturer to make more for QVC since she has moved on.

I think they're just getting rid of the old stock.

I trust the info provided by the CS Supervisor over guesses or assumptions. When a beauty or food item is sold at Q on A/D, Q makes a purchase commitment that has future ship dates. The manufacturer does not manufacture/ship all of the inventory needed for the future A/D orders all at once. Q is not holding future A/D inventory at their warehouse for months before it's scheduled to ship to customers, The whole  A/D replenishment process is based on very specific future date ship dates.

My Q beauty and food A/D orders have specific future shop dates.  The option I have is to keep the A/D schedule or skip it. If I skip it, Q is still obligated to buy the inventory from the manufacturer and then it's posted online for anyone to purchase. It's limited quantities.

@Calibeach I respectfully disagree.  I've had plenty of auto ships canceled prematurely.  They are not under an obligation to make sure each one I thought I was getting is, in fact, shipped to my door.  This is not worth arguing about.  Enjoy your purchase.
