I think they are more neutral. But I agree with you that if you have really cool  undertones they might not work.  I am neutral so the light works really well for me.

On the Instagram it says they are exclusive to ulta and their website. The q does have the cleanser and toner.

IT brought out a foundation that many reported having some sparkle. Is this that foundation or is it the "original"? Please advise and thanks for help
