Thank you @Linmo. That "light woodsy scent" might be nice for the cold season.
I like the soft scents in products I've used. The cream in the latest Matrixyl duo is very nice. A subtle green tea fragrance that is exactly as I remember a firming body wash and cream Manuela offered years ago. I bot many super sized bottles of those yummy products.

@Tennessee VolA lady on Face Book just shared that she called the CSR on the phone and said she forgot to add such and such item to her coupon order, and the Rep gladly discounted her additional order by 20%. Of course, Reps are different, some maybe not so enthusiastic, but still this means they all must give discount, if one did.
@sonechko I just called CS and told them that I didn't realize that I could use the code on more than 1 item and asked if there was anyway that they could group the items that I purchased today together and use the coupon. She put me on hold for a long time and then came back and said that the only 20% off coupon that she and her supervisor could find was one for new customers but since I had purchased so much today she would issue a $20.00 credit that I can use on my next purchase... I'm going to cancel one of the kits I ordered and reorder using the credit... it's better than nothing! Thanks for suggesting that I should call...
I decided to order two of the kits too!

@rochelleS, I don’t know yet. When I called Isomers, the person I talked with looked at the EVINE website, but could not explain the difference in the fragrance information. She said she would check and let me know which ingredient description is correct. So far I have not received an explanation. Just waiting

That's ridiculous not being able to get the 20% for your total order. My rep didn't eliminate the spaces or something and argued the coupon wasn't available.Transferred me to CS, not a problem ordering with that rep. Can you cxl and reorder and save the twenty dollars for another non coupon visit? The TTV kit is on a Nov 6th advanced order now.

I tuned in and was immediately surprised by Manuela's appearance. It seems she's had work done to her face. This makes me much more wary of her products, considering she has access to each and every one and she still chose the alternative.

They can't! They can't do anything to the existing order you already placed, except cancel it.
If I was calling with the same request, I 'd ask them to pretty please give me that same 20% discount as I omitted (did not realize, did not see that new TTV, my dog ate it) - omitted to add it to my order yesterday and I am so sorry. ![]()
THIS Rep can do! She can give you a discount if she wants to by herself, or with a permission of her supervisor.

I just got off the phone with Evine CS. I cancelled the orders I had made today/last night including the 1st one where I used the 20% off code. The CSR happily put a new order together for me with EVERYTHING I wanted to order and gave me the 20% off with no problem. She was wonderful. I highly recommend calling back. They CAN do it.
