It definitely went against ebay policy, since the labeling on what we got is not same as what is sold elsewhere, sellers pix says Temp Eye Fix, but what we got does not. So what he pictured is not what he sold. If seller cooperates with me I wont report it but only if that is the case.

Another seller has surfaced, for this, had 8 sold 4, 9.99 free ship. Says seller is in Texas, and in Pakistan. Read the listing very carefully and it seems authentic, ingredients are listed and it says made in USA, will watch it but not buying until and if my issue is resolved. and will ask questions first.

@Shelbelle @SilleeMee So sorry to hear you guys got a counterfeit..I figured something was up when i saw so many for sale when the item was so new..After reading how ebay treated you i am gonna be more selective on what i buy there from now on..Maybe you can call ebay and talk to CS...Could that responce been an automated one?

You can add on to the review you already left and warn others that way..Click on your reviews then click box that says left for others and you will see followup.Click and add.

I just got my eye stuff today from Qvc..Pathetic shipping here..What i like about this cream is there is no white residue however the tint does not cover all redness but does help with puffiness...I tried using concealer mixed and it did not work and tried adding over it and it was a no go...Will keep playing with it.

I get decent results with the Westmore product but always on the hunt to try smething else similar.

Yes and it's counterfeit. Please read the rest of this thread. I'm asking for a refund b/c it's not a genuine product. Used it twice with minimal results, if any.

I got a refund from the ebay seller. It's already been processed and on the way back into my account. I'm very happy about that. Glad the seller made it right.

I did go back to my initial feedback for my purchase to edit it and I mentioned that the product was counterfeit and buyer beware.

I suspect that the ebay seller knows. How could they not?! I wonder how many other buyers have requested refunds for their bogus purchases? What upsets me is not so much that I got duped but that the counterfeit seller on ebay gets away with it. I tried to stop it but it seems eBay won't do anything to put an end to the fraud. SMH.
