New Elta MD UV Elements Tinted sunscreen- anyone try it?

I was wondering if anyone has tried it even though it is fairly new? I like that it is all physical suncreens.

Just an fyi, this is a great tinted sunscreen. I used to use various Elta SPFs a long time ago and recently revisted them and had issues with it burning my skin even though the ones I use are all the physical sunscreens, and then I remembered that they had changed formulas for alot of their products a number of years ago. However, I do NOT have any irritation at all with this one and the coverage is light, the way I like it. It doesn't even irriatate my eyes, even though I use it all around my eyes, including eyelids.

The color looks dark when it comes out but I am fair and it does not make me look dark or orange. Just looks like my skin but better.

@HappyDazeI use this. It is tinted....perhaps a bit in the light side, but, I only wear it out side when  doing my morning walking or doing yard work.  It is not greasy and supposedly has anti oxidants in it as well.

@SeaMaiden yes, the additional anti-aging type ingredients (HA and antioxidants) is what I like about it over their other tinted ones. It is a nice addition, imo. And I agree, not greasy at all! Good stuff!

I never saw your original post, @HappyDaze, but I'm glad you reported back that you like this! I've used the SPF 41 tinted physical for years, but recently decided to try Cotz, as it's physical, as well, plus I can buy it at my local Ulta instead of having to order online. I like the Cotz, and have tried two. One is more matte, so is good for summer, but the other is tinted and more hydrating, and has some slip. I'll definitely give this new Elta a try when I'm through that, though!

I haven't tried that sunscreen yet, but the ingredients look good. I'm in search of a new sunscreen for the colder, drier months. It looks kind of dark though. Do you know what MAC skintone you are, HappyDaze? I'm NC15-20.

@Violet Fields it does look dark but I am fair and it does not go on dark on me at all. I was shocked at the color when it came out of the packet (I had samples) but it worked out just fine. Sorry but I've never used any MAC foundations but generally wear fair in most foundations. I used to be more fair to light but these days light shades are usually too dark. I just looked at the MAC shade chart and for sure I would be 15 or 20. HTH!

I got a sample of this, and didn't love it.   It's too dark on me, even during the summer in Florida.

I like Arcona Reozone SPF40.  It works well with my light complexion.  It's also a physical SPF with HA.

@HappyDazeYes, that helps, thanks! It sounds like you're about the same shade as I am. I don't wear MAC either but got a sample once and was color matched for it.
