Seems strange that the Neutrogena Total Hydration Gel offered on the Beaty show (Friday, April 20th) which was offered both as a one time purchase and auto delivery has all of a sudden had the auto-deivery not being offered anymore. I called customer service who couldn't even find the Item # and then finally told me that auto-delivery was not available on the Item #. Neither Lisa or anyone on this show indicated that auto-delivery was only availble for this particular show or that the auto-delivery had been "sold out". I had specifically chosen auto-delivery not only for the convenience of not having to order each month but because with the auto-delivery, shipping and handling was only being charged for the first delivery only. That would mean a savings of $5.72 every 60 days. I think that an error was made and when they realized it, they took auto-delivery off of this item completely. I would appreciate if one of the QVC executives would respond to this and explain exactly what happened. It's unfortunate that the Neutrogena products sold on QVC are ot sold at retail, because if that were the case, I wouldn't even bother purchasing from QVC. I'm hoping to see a response from QVC on this. Thank you
