Needing some help...

Hello ladies! I am 29 years old and have started noticing small lines from the corners of my eyes. They are also very dry, puffy and darkening underneath and on to my lid. Can you recommend a good eye product to help combat this? I'm very, very dry there so if i can remedy that, maybe it will help the other issues.

Also, I am looking for a non-ridicously priced primer. I have oily t-zone, dry cheecks and am acne prone. The ladies at Ulta and Sephora have given me samples, but they jsut don't do the trick.
