Need your help, please. Foundation for my issues.

Hi..I'm 55 and have normal to dry skin. I have dry skin around my eyes with lots of fine lines. Powder seems to make my wrinkles more noticeable and I do not like a liquid that seems like putty. I want a natural look but only better. Something that is moisturizing.

Is there anyone out there with these issues that has found the foundation of their dreams. I would love your thoughts. Thanks for taking the time.
