Need some major moisture!

I had actual dry flaking skin on the sides of nose going a little over to my T-zone. I have been using Hope in a Jar and Argon Oil and neither seem to take care of this. I have also tried exfoliating as well. I am hoping maybe a good heavy night cream would help. Any recommendations?
