Need help using a concealor

Hello all. I am 42 and cannot figure out how to make my concealor work to hide my dark circles under my eyes and a few broken capillaries by my nose. One brand is too creamy and my eye liner runs down my eyes. One is too thick and shows through my foundation. I have put it on top of my foundation and under it. My dark circles are not dark dark but they do give a shadow under my eyes. Sometimes I just put on YSL Touche Eclat but it doesn't give that much coverage. I've tried mixing the concealor with my moisturizer. I've tried several different brands, from the drug store, the Q, and Sephora.

Do any of you have any suggestions for something I might not have tried?
