Need help for excema on eyelids...

This problem get's so, so bad for me (especially in the winter months...). It's gotten to the point I can hardly wear eye makeup on my lids... I know that cortisone cream around the eye area is a big no, no. Any suggestions (either over the counter, or prescription) would be most appreciated!
