When you go to recharge that Panasonic shaver make sure it's seated inside the wall-charger thing so the red light is illuminated. It won't turn green when it's done recharging but stays red so I just leave it charging overnight.

@SilleeMee , thank you so much for the info about the Billie razor.  I did get one at Walmart for the price you quoted.

 

While taking a shower today, I used it for the first time and this is the best razor I have ever used.
