Hi everyone. Just wanting to vent a frustration. First of all, I have so much Mally, I decided to switch over to see what the big deal was with LG products. I ordered the Bake Sale TSV in fair. Well, I just got it in the mail a couple of hours ago...and....the B&B foundation was all over the place! It was in a hundred crumbled pieces! I called customer service, they were helpful, but had NO B&B in fair to replace it with and requested that I return the ENTIRE package marked "damaged". The package was wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap, however the inside of the package had no "cushion". We know that packages get thrown around, but I feel that the LG company should have something on the inside of the box to help with the throwing around. I called back and am going to be able to exchange it for a Porcelain one, but I think that's gonna be too white. I really wanted to try this on my sensitive skin. Now, the mystery is still there. Maybe I don't need to switch esp. if it's like this all the time! Anyone else have this experience?
