Need Help with my Make up!

I am attending the Marine Corp Birthday Ball and need some make up advice. I am a pretty minimal make up gal. I wear Neutrogena all over face color, a little BE neural/pink eye shadow, BE Bare Radiance or blush, mascara and a tinted lip balm. What should I do to ramp it up a bit for a more glamorous look? I have lots of BE blushes and eye shadows, lip glosses, etc. I am 52, blond and blue eyed. I will be wearing a black gown and diamond and white gold jewelry. Any ideas for me? TIA
