I just started using concealer ( I know, I know, where have I been?). I am using the ByTerry concealer and like it a lot but would like to have less "matte" results that don't accentuate lines. Do you ladies put moisturizer on before concealer or a primer or something? I really like this concealer but I feel my eye area is just so dry to begin with. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
