Need A Quick Tutorial On Wen Please!

i have never used this product. Is is a conditioner you use instead of shampoo? What is POM? I am interested in trying something new, not too happy with my hair right now. Do you massage it like shampoo as usual? Thanks ladies, for any advice! Also, what do I buy for a first time user?
