Need A Good Drugstore Neutral Shadow!

I am very fair with blue eyes and wear glasses. I need recs for a nice neutral shadow I can wear for daytime that will accent my eyes but not be too bright a color. I'm thinking some kind of taupey or rosey/plum or light brown shade. Any suggestions apprecisted. TIA
