Neck Cream, Rash and Return Fees

BE addict here, but sadly the neck cream gave me a raised, itchy rash on my neck and upper chest. Tried everything to hope it wasn't the neck cream, but it was. I use all of the other BE skin care products, and have for years, without a problem. I sent back the recent TSV that was briefly available for pre-order then changed to a March date (neck cream, new moisture cream and a cleanser). The Q return shipping label would have deducted 6.95 from my refund. Their shipping costs are so high I figured I'd do better mailing it myself at the post office. With the cheapest shipping and insurance it cost me 7.35 to mail it back! Should have saved myself the trip!
