I got the 365 tablet supply and have been taking them for about 6 months more or less. I never saw anything happening until lately. I have the world's worst nails, weak and they split, can't do anything with them at all but lately I used my nail to do something and then I thought, what did I just do? My nails are growing out, not splitting and they are strong!! Strong for me, some people have nails like steel. It took time but I'm finally noticing a difference. I have always had strong hair and i don't know if it's doing anything for my skin as I use good skincare. Having said this, it looks like they don't make it now so maybe try the comparable product on hsn? Just be ready to wait for any results to show up.
