Natural sunlight and Bare Essentials

I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. When I put BE on in the house using the lighted makeup mirror I look great, but I've noticed that when I get into the sun (look at the makeup job in the car mirror), my face looks powdery and older. I've gone back to using a tinted moisturizer and cream blush.

Did anyone else find the same issue when outside?
