WAIT---There's such a thing as blush toppers? Where have I been? What's the purpose? Does it add more richness, depth or highlight to color?

You're welcome, it's hard, because what works for one doesn't work for the other....

Also, I call it a topper but it's really just a regular ole blush that I use on top of whatever other blush I've used for the day.

I can look kinda like death warmed over (pasty white,haha) if I don't add color and I do that with bronzer and multiple blushes. I just really like the candy clouds pink blush placed on top (kinda patted on, placed high ) of it all....it gives a fresh and youthful pop.

@monicakm  - Well after watching a few YT videos on the new Natasha Denona eyeshadow palette and thinking about it for a few days, I decided to get it.  It's supposed to be here this Friday.  Think it's a pretty palette and the shades are ones that I like to wear.

@monicakm   LOVE the colors in the pallette and would buy it,  but I wish it had one or two off white/cream shadows for my lid.  I love those colors in the crease but not on the lid.   Will have to think about it.

Mine came today.  I let it sit on the porch for a few hours, that's how unexcited I was   I had talked myself into sending it back before it ever arrived.  I don't know why I bought it.  I don't do peaches much unless there is a good amt of pink in them.  It was a hasty purchase because I like ND and her formulas so much.  Then I opened it.  OMW!  First, the component is STUNning!  That alone is nearly worth the price of admission.  Then I swatched it.  I don't like every single shadow of a palette this size and this one isn't any different, BUT, I liked it enough to keep it.  Swatched on my hand, I'm happier with it than seeing swatches on YT.  I know just the top and shadow I'm wearing tomorrow.

Is there a color that swatches like an off white or ivory.   When I looked,  there was possibly ONE,  but I'm not sure.

@monicakm  - My Natasha Denona Bloom palette arrived today and I love it!  The shades are right up my alley.  So glad I got it.  Have you used yours yet?

A blush topper is usually a shimmery blush or a highlighter.

I use this Gaga blush as a topper

This Rare Beauty as a topper

I have more.  There is less pigment in a topper.  It goes over a matte blush.  You can wear them alone also.  I don't think there are any products labeled "blush topper".
