Re: Natasha denona new eyeshadow palette

@Desertdi

I am neutral in my coloring and ever so slightly leaning cool. I can go either way with eyeshadow but prefer cool. I really really love the Natasha denona formulas and this palette was not something I would normally gravitate to.

I didn't set out to buy a new pallet last night but was influenced by Samantha March so it's all her fault (g).  As with any palette, I won't use every color.

Huda Beauty makes a palette called Icy Nudes.  Check it out.  I've used it the last two times. Also her palate called I need a nude, maybe that's Natasha denona, is a good one for cool nudes.  Sorry if there are typos, I'm in a hurry and not going to go back and look for mistakes.

@monicakm   It's certainly a beautiful palette, but it's so difficult for me to wear pinks on my eyes w/o looking like a rabbit. Lol... I need to do a full eye look w/ dark liner, tightlining, mascara....to pull it off. Enjoy you new ND looks.

They are more peachy coral.

@monicakm  - So glad you ordered this palette.  Looking forward to hearing what you think of it when it arrives.  Have seen a couple people on YT talk about it but haven't decided yet.  It is pretty and I like the peachy coral shades.  Will probably wait until I can see it in person at Sephora before deciding.

Update:  Watched a video on YT by Morgan Turner.  She did 2 different looks with this palette.  I liked it more after watching her.

Yep. Cool olive here. I've been looking for a new blush; even the colors they say are cool aren't.

Re: Natasha denona new eyeshadow palette

@monicakm  I bought this palette ahead of release and received it yesterday. Wearing it now and I love it, it's perfect for Spring. I love her palettes and have several. This one is especially nice because all shades are new. Usuallly that is not the case in her palettes. I have some of her brushes as well, but her formulas are so creamy and blend so well that usually I use my fingers and it goes on better. Hope you love yours!

I just spoke with my sister-in-law a few minutes ago. He is doing better.  They are slowly reducing the sedation medications and she said they took a few of the larger equipment pieces out of the room today. I'll be going there today. I took yesterday off while he was still totally sedated to get some things done around the house.  His eyes have been open from time to time and he squeezed his sister's hand yesterday. Breathing has improved but when they backed the ventilator off he started breathing and rapidly again. But everything is moving in the right direction and I'm so thankful that it is. I don't know why I'm so jittery this morning, inside and out. The news is good and now I'm shaking😕 probably just nerves and excitement that he will be able to see me today.

@monicakm  I'm glad to hear that everything is moving in the right direction for your husband! He's encountered some curve balls with this heart surgery, but he's persevered and he's staying strong throughout it all. You've been a pillar of strength throughout this- I'm proud of you! The shaking and nerves are completely normal feelings given the circumstances- relax, take some calming deep breaths and continue to keep the faith. I'm glad that you get to see him and he gets to see you today. I hope that you have a great day today 🤗💗.

Have you tried the rms French rose. It's a cool pink.

Hey @Squirrels Are Trash

Yes, I agree with that RMS blush, also I love Too Faced Cloud Crush in "Candy Clouds" It's a baby, blue based pink that is gorgeous as a topper to other blushes.

I use it everyday over every blush. How I use it is I kinda pack it on (pat with the side of a smallish elf brush) up high on my upper check. It gives such an ethereal, youthful pop of pinky goodness.

I love it so much that I need to stock up before it's DC'd....this always happens to my true makeup loves. haha

Well I was just looking up my too faced blush "candy Clouds" to buy more (stocking up!) and I see that they now have a new "Super Candy Clouds" that is a darker cool toned Fuchsia color.

Depending on your complexion that may be better for you, looks too dark for me....I'm keeping with the regular candy clouds.
