Knit - I'm sorry about your dad; my mom had dementia/Alzheimer's so I understand what you're going through. What a sweet story about your little dog loving your dad and that they were happy to see each other! 

Today is (apparently) National Pink Day, so the challenge for today's Summer No Rules is: pink! haha  As y'all know, pink isn't really my favorite, but I chose Zoya's Jolene which is one of my favorite pinks.

I have broken yet another nail, but luckily the picture I'm showing today was taken before it happened.

Today's Summer No Rules theme is favorite neon. Now, I prefer dark colors over bright, but I chose Zoya's Charisma because it's kind of an anti-neon!  haha  Don't get me wrong, it's bright but it's also dark. I know that makes no sense and it's just my opinion... This is 2 coats and I did not use a white base because I didn't think it was necessary.

Good morning! Just before the big board changeover someone posted two pics of the Essie "Penny Talk" topped with "A Cut Above". THANK YOU! I usually vapor lock in front of the Essie display but I grabbed these two and WOW! The prettiest (IMHO) polish ever! Did my tootsies and now I can't stop looking at my feet. Perfect color for Summer sandal wearing. Thanks again to whoever posted this duo....so pretty!

Hi all, I'm still wearing Genesis on my toes but had a polish change to Rue on my fingers. (my GDs hated Gran's white fingernails)

Lulu, I've got white on my nails right now and I'm not sure about it!  I know white is the hot color for summer, but I've got to get used to it - I feel like I've got white out on my nails!

Knit - Spending time with someone suffering from any type of dementia sure isn't the easiest thing. So wonderful that your dog was able to brighten your dad's day.
