Nail polish problem

I keep my nails short, but nonetheless, my nails peel. They are thin as well. I normally dont wear polish, but have been having fun experimenting lately and really do love the "polished" look wearing pish gives me. I guess the reason I font wear polish is this ( it happens reatedly everytime I get back intowearing polish no matter the brand)....it serms that after a few weeks of wearing polish/ taking better care of my nails, even kerping them short, my nails just get worse. They peel more, break, tear and end up worse than before Smiley Sad. Anyone else have this problem?
