I received an email from NIRA announcing $100 off the NIRA Pro Laser (Not the Pro+).   Seems the Pro is being discontinued but doesn't say anything about it's replacement.  I have the NIRA Precision laser and the NIRA Pro.  I recently had problems with my Pro and ordered the Pro+ laser.  My Pro started working again so I've been using it while I wait for the Pro+ to arrive.  I use the Pro and Precision lasers daily.

I'm glad that I didn't buy the PRO. There are many PROs up for sale over on eBay. I read that many  people who bought the PRO are upset that NIRA came out with their upgraded PRO+  without notice and that NIRA should at least give them some kind of partial credit for a trade-in towards the purchase of the PRO+. I would be upset, too, but that's how it goes with technology. 'In with the new, out with the old'... like they say.

I've been using my PRO+ for just over two months now. It's done almost everything I expected it to do as much as in-home device can do. I'm very happy with it.Woman Happy

I have the PRO+ and have never used it, which is stupid. Now it is past its return time. Can you tell me what results you've seen so that maybe I don't feel like such an idiot for buying and and forgetting about it?

@ElvisShops

I've got firmer skin with less lines. Never had any wrinkles so I can't say anything about that. My jawline is more defined with less laxity in the jowl areas. I don't have many visible pores anyway, but the ones on my nose and chin are nearly invisible now. Under and upper eye areas are smoother and firmer. Brows are a bit lifted, too. I'm 70yo and this device is great for my skin. I think it's putting a pause on my aging skin, seriously.

@SilleeMee I also got those results with my Pro and I want to continue to get results so I ordered the Pro+ when my Pro went out on me.  @ElvisShops I really hope you will start using your Pro+ as it's for real.   I particularly noticed a better jaw line since using the NIRA Pro.  Pleased to get the Pro+ and I can tell you I use it (my Pro and Precision)  every day while watching tv at night.

Wow that sounds pretty amazing for an in-home or office machine. Thank you.

I'm convinced I should start using my PRO+. Thank you. For those who use it already, does your skin get red, and, if so, how long does it stay that way? I'm definitely on the fair side so everything shows on my skin.

@ElvisShops

The PRO+ can make your skin red and it can even burn it if you're not careful with treating the same spot too much or have the setting up too high. Mine is set to the highest level but I have tough skin plus I've been using other lasers for quite some time so my skin is accustomed to laser treatment.

The redness, if any, is brief. Usually within an hour it's gone. If the redness lingers all day then you need to lower the setting and treat just once daily until your skin gets used to it. I do two back-to-back treatments, several minutes apart each day. You can also do one in the AM and another in the PM if that is better for you.

@ElvisShops I'm using the Pro now and I use it on the 4th power setting.  I was using the 3rd light setting until a couple of months ago.  I don't get a lot of redness when using the Pro.  But, I don't go over an area more than one time and I am just using once a day.  Any time I have a redness spot, it goes away quickly and definitely in a few hours. I haven't been using the highest power setting on the Pro just the 4th light setting.  My skin tone is pretty light too.  I would definitely start at a lower level until you see how your skin reacts.  Best wishes to you in trying this amazing "tool"!
