NEED EYELASH CURLER HELP

I have tried just about everyone's eyelash curler and nothing curls my eyelashes. I have tried hot lashes heated eyelash curler, regular heated ones, running it under hot water, using without heating it and nothing helps. My lashes stick straigh out. Any suggestions?
