Hi,
I decided to go back to some of Isomers products last weekend when they had the Top Value.I had'nt ordered from there in years,have picked up a few products on Ebay like the Fast Lift Eye Serum,but seemed to take forever to get to a human to set up acct with new phone number.Anyway,I went online a few days ago to set up my account online profile,and I guess I had a really old email in the system that I don't even remember the complete address.I called customer service and had to wait at least 10mins for help,and they said they needed Tech support to email me or call me to change it.I never heard from them,so I called them again today,and never got a human being in 15,mins.I then went online and got their email address and sent a message,and just heard back from them that they are sending me an email to change things,but I have'nt gotten yet.I don't know if I want to continue to buys Isomers from them if this is how they are.QVC and HSN have very good customer service for the most part in my opinion.Has anyone else had trouble with the customer service at ShopNBC too? They never seem that busy,and most of the other stuff I could'nt afford or like anyway.Thank.Sorry to ramble on. ![]()
