My pump broke

My new FAS pump broke Smiley Sad. I pumped about ten pumps and that was it. I've tried a ton to get it out (thought maybe there was an air pocket, even though it's new) but nothing.

Any suggestions? I know QVC will ask me to return the whole thing. It didn't come with a lid that opens, so I can't use that. Do you think the salon would send me a new pump?

On a good note, I actually like the scent! I found it pretty strong when I opened it but I like it on my hair. It felt really good going through my hair, too.
