My getting ready to go out routine....

So easy now... I just put on suncreen over my skin care... no makeup... no lip... and put on my face mask...

 so much faster... my skin loves not being covered up with makeup... a win win. About the only POSITIVE thing about this virus I can think of

.. I know I can go out in public bare faced and feel good. Woman Happy

@SeaMaiden   I have to at least do brows, mascara and blush or I look like I'm a PATIENT with the virus. Lipstick/blush used to be enough, but w/o any color from lips the eyes are the only thing I see.

Yes the only good thing I can think about this virus situation.

Today I actually put on mascara for the first time in months and eye liner, but actually with my bangs in my eyes you couldnt even see it lol.

Usually I just go with no makeup, no lipcolor, no moisturizer, no eye makeup  and when I get to where Im going stick on the mask.

So fast and easy to get ready and go!

@SeaMaiden

I agree with you . I have been wearing just sunscreen and brows sometimes mascara  . I am working from home and my computer is in the back of my kitchen . I have my windows , and door to my yard there , so I am wearing sunscreen everyday . SInce not wearing lipstick my lips have been getting dry so in the house I am either wearing bite beauty ip mask or Eleve' lip luv , both treatment products with very little to no color . I am loving how easy it is . I might keep this even when I go back to work . We will be wearing masks for awhile . I am a cantor at my church and we resumed Sunday . I decided to wear some  eyeshadow and a bit of liner . Between the heat , wearing my robe and the mask while not singing when I came home my shadow and liner were smuged mess.

Have a good night

stay safe

Re: My getting ready to go out routine....

I don't work and we live in an area where our gov., just last Friday at noon, mandated mask wearing before entering a building.  My 81 year old mother and I walked into Lowe's at 11:50am.  Being the law abiding citizen that I am, I had my mask on.  My (and I say this with all the love in my heart for my mother) crotchity mother defied the law of the land and just had  hers dangling from one ear Smiley Surprised  When we left the building, she put her mask ON to walk to the car Smiley Surprised  I asked her why.  She said she was afraid of "mask police" (sigh) Smiley Embarassed

Full make-up at least 5 days a week for me.  I'm working in an office.  I only put a mask on when seeing clients or going to a county office during a work day.

On weekends I do what I have always done.  Brows, mascara and a little bronzer.  Lipstick on when not wearing a mask.

Re: My getting ready to go out routine....

I still wear a very light foundation (like a tinted moisturizer) and I wear lipstick and someimes mascara.  Makes me feel good.

@Katcat1   I noticed the mask was pulling off my spf. Now, on top of my tinted moisturizer (also spf underneath), I've been dusting on a light layer of Bare Minerals original foundation...almost transfer-proof and keeps my layers of sunscreen on. It's in the 90's all week. Heat, humidity and taking a mask on and off...Finally found a good solution.
