My Wen POM is going back.

I received POM for Christmas and could not wait to try it. I assumed I would love it because I exclusively use Wen and my hair is in perfect condition and always looks beautiful thanks to Wen.

Well, I used POM twice and my hair is a dried fried mess. It seems very sticky. I can not do anything with it. UGH. I know I used it correctly because I am an experienced Wen user. I noticed it suds. Wen is not supposed to suds. Also my color is off now.

This is going back tomorrow. It does not work for me. I am disappointed. I hope my poor hair recovers.
