I read somewhere that you are supposed to put the oil on your scalp and hair a few hours before bed. I use it during my night regimen and go to bed after.

The oil absorbs very quickly. My hair and face aren't greasy; and neither is my pillow.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

Honny is right - the oils absorb very quickly. The key is to apply it directly to your scalp using the dropper, then massage your scalp, especially the areas where you might have thinning. The oils in WEN treatment oils aren't like cooking oils. The essential oils - tea tree, rosemary, eucalyptus, cedarwood, etc., aren't really oils, but are more extracts. The carrier oils - jojoba, argan, abyssinian - are able to be absorbed by your skin and dissolve sebum.

I have some POM oil that came with a kit (don't remember when) that I use occasionally. I have put it on before bed and left it in until I cleansed the next evening! I have never had a ""greasy"" look when using the Wen oil.

Ok, one more. My hair is super soft, which I love, but is it going to hold being styled? I normally just wear it in a pony tail for work but I do like to curl it with hot rollers or curling iron. I just tried curling it, and the curls didn't really hold. But, I didn't put a whole lot of styling product in. I'm just afraid it will go flat after a couple hours of styling.

If you're using heated styling products, you definitely need the styling crème. It is a heat protectant but also gives you a soft hold. For more hold, I really like the mousse.

My only recommendation would be using the 613 cc. You should also try using the Wen mousse. Although, you may already have a favorite mousse that you used before Wen. What did you use to style your hair before Wen? You should just continue to use the same styling products until you use them and then incorporate the Wen products into your routine.
