I have tried peel pads before by Dr Denese and didn't feel they did anything for me. I tried Peter Thomas Roth's Glycolic Retinol Resurfacing Peel Pads and my skin is reacting very well to them. I'm a little over halfway through the jar of 60 pads and am amazed by how my skin flaws seem to be lessening. I have aged skin (74 yoa), sun damaged from my sun worshipping younger days, and veiny (not sure the term and I know "veiny" isn't a word). The skin seems to be a lot smoother and clearer. I really like his products and used to get his Retinol Fusion Serum on A/D until I stopped because of the cost. Seems my skin prefers his line to anything else I've tried.
The second product is the FRE Argan Oil. I was hesitant to put any kind of oil on my face but, after a cruel winter, decided to at least try it when I caught a presentation by accident. It gets soaked in completely on my skin, leaving nothing that feels like an oil.
Right now, these two products are making my old skin happy, probably the two skin care products I've tried in a few years that my skin really likes.
