I was wondering if anyone else has a lack of volume in their mousse when pumping it from the bottle onto your hands. I really like what it does for my hair and love that it's not sticky, but I haven't gotten a bottle yet that foams up like the 613 did for Chaz's presentation on Friday evening. I 've never actually seen him use it in a presentation before that and was shocked when I saw the volume of the product in his hands as he was pumping it. Mine is much more like a liquid with some bubbles in it straight out of the pump (I'm on my 3rd bottle -right now - Pomegranate...before that I used two full bottles of 613). I'm at a loss. Could it be that I've gotten 3 defective pumps? I ordered two more over the weekend (613) and am really hoping these new ones will be just like the presentation. Fingers crossed...

mine is not super foamy but I have POM not 613. It is kind of liquidy with a little bubbles, like you described.

I have 613 mousse and it doesn't foam up like that either , must have been a special bottle he had, just kidding .

I have both 613 and Pomegranate mousses. Because there aren't the typical foamer uppers in WEN mousse, it's going to look differently, looser, in your palm. I always shake mine before dispensing. It's still looser than a typical mousse, but it works fine for me.

Ha ha. Yes, super special...looked like shaving cream it was so high! Regardless, I do love the product. Would just like to experience the fluffy pile.

Mine is pretty foamy. Not ""heavy"" like shaving cream but definitely not a liquid when first dispensed. Of course as soon as you start rubbing it in it breaks down to a liquid anyway.
