Moisturizing Foundation Anyone?

Can anyone recommend a good moisturizing foundation, one that is not drying or cakey on the face? Possibly with a dewy finish

It also can be a tinted moisturizer

I am 66 years young and I thought maybe this would help put a glow back into my skin. My skin texture is pretty normal and not dry

I know we loose lackluster to the skin so I am trying my best to find something

I am fair to light and can use alabaster, ivory, etc

I have pink undertones and I need to cover the redness and broken capillaries

Thanks for your help in advance. I definitely would love your opinions
