Moisture treatment spray for hair - after blow drying

I have use Wen replenishing treatment mist intermittently over the years. I find that as I’m getting older I need it more often. I like it and I’ve had a few of different scents, but it’s getting pricey!

Does anyone know any other drugstore or salon brand products that do the same thing? I’ve been checking online and in the stores and I’m not finding anything to spray on between shampoos or after blow drying and styling.

Thank you.

@ocookie   Not sure it's the same, haven't used the wen spray in years...found it made my hair too weighted down.  I make a concoction with a mister from Amazon, 2/3 water and 1/3 my regular conditioner. Shake up each time and spray.

@ocookie I've never used it but the product below can be used on dry or damp hair and it has good reviews and is inexpensive.

Garnier Fructis Pure Moiisture 10-in-1 Spray for Dry Hair and Scalp

Aloe vera leaf juice is a large component of Wen's replenishing treatment mists. Out in the marketplace for this type of product I would look at 'aloe vera leaf juice sprays for hair' and you'll find them. Several inexpensive ones that I saw on different sites. Good luck!

You can also make your own aloe vera leaf juice mist for hair...very economical.

Great idea! I love that!

@Sugipine Thank you for this!   I need a good mist spray for my hair and I am low on the Wen replenishing mist but I didn't really want to spend the money as it's getting fairly pricey.   I'm going to try this for sure!

Thanks for the suggestion! I have a massive aloe plant that is exploding and I don’t know what to do with it, so this might fit now.

Any idea how I would make this? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

@ocookie

I'm not familiar with how to make juice from an aloe plant. I was thinking more about using ready-made juice in a diy hair mist. Look for recipes online.
