Thank you.  I believe most "toners" are referred to today as essences.  Today's toners aren't like the old toners that used to strip every bit of hydration and leave you feeling tight and squeaky clean.  We didn't know better back then.  I use two "milky" toner/essences that add an extra layer of moisture.

I've never seen this woman on YT.  What is her explanation for using HA as the LAST step in her skincare routine?  Never heard of that either.
