Is Kate the one who makes the duck face all the time?

{#emotions_dlg.tt1}. I was going to ask the same thing. Thank goodness I'm not the only one that can't look at her when she does that, which is all the time. She's a tall redhead and constantly on the air. She is the only model that annoys me! Most of them are absolutely gorgeous, including Maria who is definitely a senior and aging very naturally and beautifully. I don't think Kate looks older so much, but then I fondly remember the days when pterodactyl graced the skies. I think she's quite plain compared to the other models, although she has a great body. She just makes that stupid face, it's a mouth thing, that I'm sure she practices, but clearly not in front of a mirror. Not only is she the only annouing model now, she is the only one over 20+ years that has bugged me. I can't fault her for the plain long face though, it's not her fault.

You sort of just did. Seriously, what a ridiculous thing to say.

I like her, but she should really eat a sandwich!

It's ironic and fascinating that the same posters who become outraged when someone vents or criticizes a host or personality who is not here and won't see the comments, will directly insult or attack a poster who WILL see the comment, as will fellow forum members. These attacks are usually cloaked in self-righteous indignation. The first strikes me as harmless, the second downright nasty.

How can you like someone you have never met? This attachment to pseudo celebrities is a lot like transference. Freud would have a field day.

Personally, I think it's inane circular logic, but that's just my opinion.

I hope wildcat fan doesn't mind if I reply here.

Have you never liked watching a particular person on air? It's not as if she's stalking her or anything.

And how utterly ironic that you should question her mental or emotional state for simply commenting that she likes someone she has never met when you post remark after remark CRITICIZING people whom you have never met.

Pot/kettle, as they say.

Yes! So unbecoming.

I agree, Nik. You can always attack the opinion, but there's no need to attack the messenger.

Does anyone remember the designer that came to QVC many years ago and that he and Kate were married. He went on the HSN I think, but I wonder if they are still married.
