My Goodness! I had my first session today, and I was really impressed with the results. I thought my face was clean, but in no way do any on my products perform like one session on microdermabrasion.

I purchased 3 sessions through Groupon I think I paid 139.00 or 149.00 for 3 treatments.

I was a little red just like they show on qvc with the home kit, but my skin looked totally normal by dinner time.

Really pleased with the results.

I had it done years ago when I had melasma. It really does make your skin feel really nice. I tried the home machines and I did not have the same results so I returned them. I was really amazed at how often she had to clear the machine of dead skin. I thought I had taken good care of my skin. I did stay red for a day though.

I'd love to try this, dublingrl. It's on my wishlist. For some reason I stopped receiving my Group on emails.

OT - Are you from Dublin? I lived a bit north of Dublin in Bangor, NI.

I've had microdermabrasions done at various locations with varying results. My face was only left red once and that was when the dermatologist was using an old machine. I've found the new machine does a much better job without leaving my face red. The results from the new machine also seem to last longer for me. However, to use the new machine is more pricey.
