I am an OLD fan of Lancome Definicils mascara. I don't want too much glam.I use a curler prior to application for best results. I was very sad when they discontinued the navy color several years ago, now it's just basic black for me. Their Bifacial eye makeup remover is great with a cotton pad. BTW the Lancome Milk Galatee on a cotton pad is awesome for removing face makeup & sunscreen before nightime moisturizing.

I use IT Cosmetics Super Hero mascara. I was in Ulta yesterday and I saw the Better Than Sex. The sign next to the mascara said that it was the best selling mascara in the USA. I bought one, tried it this morning. Oh my gosh. It did NOTHING for me. The new mascara is now in the trash. I’ll never leave Super Hero again.

Don't ever buy and try Lancome's Definicils.  You'll never be happy with Great Lash again Smiley Wink  I've worn false lashes for 4 years but if I ever go back to mascara, I hope I can afford this again.

@monicakm Defincils used to be my mascara.  Then, I strayed and tried a few others including Tarte Light Camera Lashes, which I liked for awhile, but then it started flaking on me.  Eventually, I went back to using Defincils.  However, I had a problem with the inner tube coming out, and it happened on two different tubes, so I stopped using it.  Too much money to spend on defective tubes regardless of how good the mascara is.

Same.  Have used for years. Love it.

After reading about it here on these boards my new fave mascara is Essence Princess False Lash Effect Mascara - it volumizes and lengthens.  $5 on Amazon.  I've used every  mascara on the market including the most expensive dept store brands - love this.  Easy to remove too - I use Neutrogena makeup remover wipes then a facial cleanser but the wipe takes it all off.
