Mascara

I think Benefit BadGirlBang mascara is great but it does not come off easily even though I do not use the waterproof version. I like mascara that comes off easily with my Beekman facial bar or Purity. Any suggestions? I always had good luck with plain old Covergirl and I just may go back to that brand. Anyone use IT mascara?

I am loving the Tarte Tubing mascara. Doesn't smudge or flake and removes easily.

Technically speaking, facial cleansing should be a two-step process; one for makeup removal (cleansing oil, cleansing balm, micelar water) and then the actual cleanser. I take my makeup off with an inexpensive cleansing oil (Palmers), or a balm, and never have a problem removing my BadGal Bang mascara.

@bargainsgirl I stopped using Purity (especially to remove eye makeup) many years ago becuase it burned my eyes.

I agree w/ the other poster @JeanLouiseFinch who suggested a double cleanse (oil should remove mascara easily) or I use Lancome's Bifacil first...a designated eye makeup remover to take mascara off easily.

I wear eithr Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye mascara or L'Oreal Voluminous.

Maybelline + Full 'N Soft Washable Mascara in Very Black

I still swear by a washable formula.

After reading about it here on these boards my new fave mascara is Essence Princess False Lash Effect Mascara - it volumizes and lengthens. $5 on Amazon. I've used every mascara on the market including the most expensive dept store brands - love this. Easy to remove too - I use Neutrogena makeup remover wipes then a facial cleanser but the wipe takes it all off.
