@Spacrazy I can't believe you're on a Beauty Forum and you don't know what marionette lines are. How about puppet lines? Lines that run from the corners of the mouth downwards.

See a dermatologist.

RetinA must be bought by prescription only in the US, but there are online pharmacies, located in other countries, that you can buy it from. Lots of ladies here can help, with that.

I have mild marionette lines and I have been using tretinoin (Retin-A) for many years. Marionette lines look the same, nothing's changed. Had I not used tretinoin then maybe they'd be worse. IDK.

I buy my tretinoin w/o a Rx from AllDayChemist dot com. That's an overseas pharmacy located in India. Take a look. Takes about 3 weeks to receive your order. Prices are exceptionally low but the flat-rate shipping is high so buy multiples per order.

Return A may only soften the lines. The best bet to get rid of them is filler.

Warning.

Could perhaps be a depressing pic below

Unless, these facial lines are evidence "of a life well lived."

(Nothing against Cosmetic Surgery.  Just my own, current personal justification for my own Medical DX History, & expense of Cosmetic Surgery)

@Allthingsgirly67  - check out "with agency dot com".  You can get your Retin A mixed in with other anti aging ingredients mixed in.

I remember Pinocchio complaining about the very same problem. Pledge with real lemon oil was his product of choice. Perfect balance of moisture with a touch of dewy radiance.
