Mally's Mascara

I know they say this mascara won some type of customer award but on some of the before and after pictures I thought the eyelashes looked very "gunky". Maybe I'm just out of the loop but I wouldn't want my lashes to look like that. Maybe if they wiped the wand off a bit it would look better. I do like Mally so don't think I am bashing her.
