Mally - What is the difference between these two?

I'm looking at Mally's Poreless Perfection Skin Finisher (#A89016) with Brush and Mally's Poreless Face Defender with Sponge (#A199513).

Are they supposed to do the same thing? Does it depend on what I use as my foundation as to which one I choose?

I'd like to order one or the other but I don't know which one.
